Your data.
Clear rules.
Version dated 12 September 2026. Applies to the consultation form and the operation of the AS Operations website.
The service is in preparation. Before we start publicly accepting submissions, we will complete the controller’s details and privacy contact information. At this stage, use test data only.
1. Data controller and contact
The details of the entity running the business will be provided before the service launches. For matters concerning personal data, write to kontakt@asoperations.pl.
2. What information we collect
The form requires your first name, email, company name, role and consultation topic. Optionally you may provide your last name, industry, organization size, planned timeline, phone number, website address and a description of your challenge. We also record the submission date, traffic source, campaign, and the version of the privacy notice you accepted. Do not provide sensitive data or trade secrets.
3. Purpose
We prepare a response to your submission, arrange the consultation and determine the scope of any potential cooperation. We assess the priority of a submission based on company scale, role and urgency. A person decides on further steps; the score does not cause automatic rejection. The form does not sign you up for a newsletter or marketing communication.
The controller will confirm the legal basis for handling inquiries, the retention period and the scope of information before the public service launches.
4. Calendar and providers
The core infrastructure consists of website and API hosting plus a database. We ultimately use Vercel, Render and managed PostgreSQL. Once configured, confirmation emails are handled by Resend. The Cal.com calendar only loads after you select “Open Adam’s calendar.” We pass it your name, email and submission ID, needed for the booking. Cal.com handles meeting confirmations, rescheduling and cancellation.
Before publication, the controller will confirm the actually selected providers, processing regions and any rules for transferring data outside the EEA.
5. Analytics and browser storage
Optional PostHog analytics only runs after your consent. We record page views and transitions between consultation steps, without form content, names or email addresses. Session recording and automatic click tracking are disabled. The analytics identifier is stored in the page’s current memory. In localStorage we only save your analytics choice. You can change your settings in the footer. Declining analytics does not block the form.
6. How long we keep data
The working period for inactive inquiries is 180 days from the last update. Once a regular deletion procedure is in place, data from such submissions, bookings and pending messages will be deleted. Data for active negotiations and clients requires separate rules resulting from the contract and the controller’s obligations. Technical abuse-prevention counters store a hash of the IP address and are cleared after about 24 hours.
7. Your rights
You can request access to your data, its correction, deletion or restriction of processing. Where provided by law, you have the right to data portability, objection and withdrawal of consent. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO). Handling your request requires identity verification to the extent needed to protect your data.
